Description
This beautiful flower caught my eye --- have never seen a tulip with this combination of colors and elongated, spikey petal shape. Unable to identify it, but should definitely have a cultivar and/or species name within a week. Enjoy! : )
OK--this is a tulipa viridiflora, 'virichic'. viridflora refers to any flower with a streak of green in the petals, and the cultivar name is a way to say, 'very chic'. A bit pretentious, maybe?...but accurate! : )
