Description
I'm playing with a real macro lens, have a lot to learn. I'm fascinated with this photo I took recently at a flower shop, of a bee taking pollen from a chrysanthemum, which to me looks like a bee playing some sort of piano or organ...or looking for something?

Thanks so much, Karen! Better control of GMO crops and pesticides would likely help a lot!

Top of the line shot, Byron, and why not keep the title! After all, it may be a special bee that wants the title of queen, who knows! I love this great macro shot, and thanks so much for sharing!

Well, I counted the hairs on its back, so I guess it's not very sharp. NOT! Great shot. I've worked with these bees a lot and they aren't easy subjects.

Thanks much, Oiyee! Not expensive, as macros go: Tamron 90mm, F2.8--and doubles as a medium telephoto lens that I can use to photograph my wife's ballet students in action! :-)
