Spectacular red oriental hybrid twin lily flowers in a macro view, showing the complex curves and structures--the stamen and pistil resembling green and yellow preying mantises. While the flowers are beautiful and fragrant, any part of the plant is highly toxic to cats, so please be careful with these beauties.

Angela, Sandy, thanks so much. So far I've used only ambient light for my photos, which can be limiting. I saw someone with a fluorescent 'light wand' at an indoor garden the other day, and I might consider one in future.
