This brings back memories of my younger days in maryland, where I met my husband. We had crab apple trees in our back yard and I picked a basket full and made him a pie.I was 16 and didn't know any more than to peel them and put them in a crust. My father was looking at the left over apples and everyone had worms in them. Apple pie was spit evrywhere. It was quite funny, but of course I ran to my room in tears. He married me anyway, 47 years ago.

What a great story, Sharon! And congrats on your perennial monogamy! :-)

Thanks so much, Bob!...must be weird to not be getting much snow in Maine! :-)

Very nice shot Byron. Great contrast from tree branches to sunlit snow. Keep up the work and have a happy new year Byron.

Byron Varvarigos replied:

Thanks so much, Ken, and the same to you!
